Within one working day, every time. If you submit on a Tuesday morning we'll usually call back the same day. Forms sent late Friday or over the weekend get a call back on the Monday. We don't run an auto-reply chase — when we say one working day, we mean a real conversation, not a bot.

Really free. There's no catch, no obligation, and we don't ask for a deposit just to send someone round. The survey is how we work out what your job actually involves so we can quote properly — that's worth doing well whether you end up hiring us or not.

Fine — we'd rather you got good advice and made the right call than felt rushed into a project. Tick "Not sure — looking for advice" on the form, or just call. We're happy to talk things through, point you at the right service line, or tell you honestly if your project isn't a good fit for us.

Probably yes. We're based in Westhoughton, Bolton and routinely work across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and the wider North West — see the town list above for the regulars. If you're a bit further out, give us a quick call before assuming we can't — we take on jobs across the wider North West when the project's right.

The form covers the basics — name, contact, postcode, project type. The "tell us a bit about your project" field is optional but helpful: a rough size, what you're hoping to achieve, timeline if you have one. Photos and plans (the file upload) help us understand the space before we visit. None of it is required — if you'd rather just have a quick chat first, that works too.

Never. Your contact details stay with us, used only to discuss your project. We don't sell leads, share with marketing partners, or pass anything to third parties. If you don't go ahead with us, we won't keep calling — your details get removed when the enquiry closes.
